Halloween 2009
Here are a few shots from Halloween this year. Caroline was Little Bo Peep and Sophie was her sheep. We went to Caroline's School Halloween party on the 30th and then on the 31st we went Trick or treating with some of her friends from school and such at another party. She has so much fun trick or treating. Sophie went with Daddy to Grandma Bobbie's house to pass out candy and was VERY excited that Daddy let her have a tootsie pop all by herself.

"The Farm" October 2009
A few weeks ago, I was able to take the kids to visit Mama Leslie and Pappy Joe for a couple of days. My sister, Lori Ann, was there with her 2 girls...one of which is a new baby. Elise was only 3 weeks old at the time and my girls LOVED her. They especially loved that Aunt Lori would let them "hold" her....with help of course. We played outside alot. The weather was beautiful. Hopefully we will get to go back in a month or so.
Sophie enjoyed pushing Bethany around in the stroller.

New Sophie Update
What can I say, Sophie is such a light in my life. She constantly makes me smile and loves to giggle and laugh. She is such a ham. She is, however, a handfull which is why we call her "Baby Destructo." She wants to do everything her big sister does. She climbs rock walls, goes down the big slides, rides the big girl swing now, etc. She is saying pretty big sentences now. "Mommy get the milk." "There's man walking right there." "How bout this one".
She is pretty funny!!! I LOVE THIS GIRL!
Here are a few recent pictures from September. I will post later about Caroline and her first day of Kindergarten, etc.

Comal County Fair 2009
We went to the Comal County fair last weekend. It was Sophie's first time at a fair and had a blast riding the rides. She is such an adrenaline junkie. Caroline rode the Ferris Wheel with Daddy. Sophie got to ride the Carousel, Fishie ride and Piggy ride with her big sister. While on the Piggie ride she is pointing and yelling..."Ride Fishies". It was hot but we had fun. I, of course, was FINALLY able to get my yummy hand dipped corn dog. YUM.

Caroline's First Lost Tooth
Caroline lost her very first tooth (a bottom front one) on July 1st while having a sleepover with Sarah (Nanny.) We made her a very special tooth fairy bag to put her teeth in and the tooth fairy delivered $2.35. I thought that was a little much....but you can't argue with the tooth fairy. She has since lost one more bottom front tooth. The first has already grown back in and the second is well on it's way.

Caroline's 1st Dance Recital
OK, so I realize that I have neglected my blogging duties and I am going to attempt to catch up for the major things that happenend this summer. This post is for Caroline's very first Dance recital that was the weekend of June 5th/6th. She was in a Tap/Ballet combo class so she had 2 performing numbers. She did an awesome job. I thought she would get stage fright...but she loves dance and didn't get too scared up there.
