Easter Pictures from April 2009
Here are a few pictures from Easter. The first ones were of our Egg Hunt in Bobbie's Backyard. The others are from our Annual Easter pictures in the Girard Backyard. I got some good ones of Caroline. You are seeing the best ones of Sophie.....she won't cooperate and sit still at this age.

March 2009 Cabin Trip
Well, I am finally updating some past activities into the blog.
The week of St. Patrick's day was Spring Break. Angie and I met at the Cabit with our girls. They had such a good time. We watched movies and ate popcorn every night. The girls were dirty and played outside in the dirt and on the rope swing. We had a campfire 2 times and roasted wienies for hotdogs and marshmallows for smores. Grandpappy and Mama Leslie came by for a day and it was a treat to see them. We all had such a good time. I am looking forward to doing it again soon this summer. I am NOT waiting 15 years like I did before to return to the Fish Camp.

January/February Update
Well, other than losing my Job in Janurary, we have had lots of fun with the girls. We went to the park a couple of times and the zoo. The girls are growing up so fast. Caroline is really enjoying school and just got an excellent report the other day from her teacher. She is doing 1st Grade work and she isn't even 5 yet. Her behaviour with the sticker charts has been great. She gets to choose the family activity almost every week now and has even earned $10 a few times by getting ALL of her stickers.
Sophie is talking a little bit more. She says Sarah now (Sawah) and Caroline (Ka-ine). She love to read books and have Caroline read to her. She walks around with her purses all of the time and is starting to make more Animal sounds.
Here are a few pictures from the last month or so.

Sophie's head after a fall...don't worry, it is all healed up now.

Christmas 2008 - FINALLY
Well, as many of you know....I got laid off from my job on Jan 19th. I have been spending more time with the girls and when I do lock myself in the office for computer time, it has been to look for a job.
I now am at the point where I know I should make more time to catch up with blogging.
Here is Christmas 2008.
We had a wonderful time at Mama Leslie and Pappy Joe's house. Caroline just loves playing with her cousins and Susanna was a great babysitter for Sophie. Sophie learned to walk that week so it was fun watching them walk around the house. We were so glad that Mama Judy was able to come.
We made a Gingerbread house, the boys had a shootout in the backyard, we had LOTS of Pappy Joe's yummy Hot Chocolate, read the Christmas story and did a very large puzzle. Everyone seemed to get addicted to the puzzle.
Fun for All.
Here are some pictures.
